In his multidisciplinary art practice, Kevin Siwoff works across sound, text, moving image, performance and installation to explore processes of deconstruction as personal, cultural and political practices/assemblages. Siwoff’s work has been exhibited, screened, and performed internationally, including The One Minutes: Comfort & Vision, curated by Salim Bayri, Het Nieuwe Instituut, Rotterdam, NL (2021), Internationale Kurzfilmtage Oberhausen, DE (2021), Imminent Vibrational Logic, South Kiosk Gallery, London, UK, (2020), Basix, 9To5: Works In Progress, Atlanta, USA (2017), Red Bull Studios, NY, USA (2015), OfficeUS curated by Storefront for Art and Architecture, 14th International Architecture Biennale, Venice, IT (2014), New Museum IDEAS City Festival, NY, USA (2013 and 2015). His writing has been published in Mercurial Mist, Papaya, The Puralist (2020), and his artist book, The Basix Operating Manual, was published by Drip Pitcher Press (2017). He was a 2019 Visiting Artist at the American Academy in Rome and 2019 Visiting Artist Scholar at the Vittore Branca Center for the Study of Italian Culture in Venice, Italy. In 2020, he co-founded the artist writing collective, Waste Authority, with Anita Marante and Patrick O'Neill.
